Design and materials

Akubela's main wall screen. It runs the lights, shades, air conditioning, media, cameras and alarm, and it is the Zigbee hub for the wireless devices. It answers the gate and the door with video and opens them. It has proximity, light, temperature and humidity sensors, and it won a Red Dot design award in 2025.

    A metal frame in dark grey, as Akubela describes it. It is thicker along the bottom edge, where the glass dips into it.
