Attach the PDF and tell us three things: how many bedrooms, whether it is a new build or a renovation, and roughly where the villa is. A person replies the same working day.
What happens next
The same day
- We confirm that we can read the plans, or tell you exactly what is missing.
- We ask the design questions, room by room, in plain language.
- You receive the client page and two rooms at full engineering depth, reviewed by an engineer.
- You change anything you like in plain words, and the bill re-prices itself.

Interior design and fit-out firms, contractors and consultants hold Homestat Studio accounts, with their own terms and the full document sets for the villas they commit to. A person reads every request and calls you before the account opens.
When we answer
Sunday to Thursday
From 9:00 to 18:00, UAE time. Designs run around the clock; people answer during those hours, and we never send a design we could not verify.
